9to9 salon is professionally run salon which first started in year 2006 at 9to9 Bandar Bagicha teaming up with Loreal, Paris giving a new dimension in hair care & skin treatment in Patna. Ms. Pooja Singh, Creative Head has experience of over 16 years & has undergone trainings at Saks Academy London, Loreal Academy at Paris & Sydney, Tony & Guy Hongkong for advanced course in hair cut, color & treatments.
